Calvert Office Equipment Ltd is the largest provider of multifunctional copier and network printers in N.Ireland, with over 4,500 devices operating in 3,000 private and public sector customers.
Our business philosophy is simple, provide our customers with market-leading office equipment and document solutions, fully supported by the highest standards of after-sales service.
We partner with a number of the world’s leading providers of such equipment and software. We have operated as Kyocera’s exclusive partner in N Ireland since 1981, whilst we have been Canon’s only Advanced Solutions Partner since 1995.
This combination has led to our business growing from one that managed 100 million pages in 2001 to one that will manage 460 million pages in 2011.
In tandem with this growth, the demand from our customers for document solutions that provide control, workflow and cost management has been equally significant. To this end we provide software applications from PaperCut, Equitrac, eCopy, Uniflow by NTWare, AutoStore by NSI as well as Canon and Kyocera’s own in-house solutions.

Working for You
We recognise that your investment with us is very often a significant one and that the technology you employ is increasingly an essential component within your organisation.
To this end we have invested significantly in the service provision we offer our customers. We currently employ 20 field-based engineers who all live in the area they work, ensuring our response time across NI is consistently below our 4 hour target. We do not utilise off-site call centres or automated messaging, rather all requests for support are received by our Help Desk team here in Belfast; you simply speak to a person, first time, every time.
With the majority of devices now being connected to the network, we have provided our engineers with the skills and knowledge to support all our customers varying IT environments. This in turn is supported by 10,000 sq ft of warehousing and parts storage.
